What is Wellness @ Work – IDG?

The Wellness @ Work Program is a pioneering workplace well-being initiative founded on the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) — a globally recognized framework developed by 400+ scientists in collaboration with world-leading institutions including Harvard, MIT, and Oxford.

These inner capabilities are now becoming the international standard for developing future-ready human talent — focusing on skills such as resilience, clarity, empathy, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.

This program is part of the ONE MILLION RIPPLES MOVEMENT, led by the United Network of Global Citizens (UNGC), the international lead of the IDG Philippine Global Citizens Network.
